Carbon Tax
I was talking with my nephew recently about the need for higher gasoline prices. I essentially believe we need to change tax policy in a revenue neutral way to encourage the development and use of more energy efficient technologies. Today, I saw this article in the New York Times written by a conservative senator and one of Ronald Reagan's economic advisers. I like this approach to the issue since it seems like a solution that everyone can support.
